SYNERYS Elite Grooming & SPA

These Terms & Conditions apply to all grooming services, appointments, products, and interactions between you (“Client”) and SYNERYS Elite Grooming & SPA (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By booking a grooming appointment, visiting our salon, or using the website SYNERYS.ch, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide professional grooming, SPA, and care services for dogs and cats.

All services are performed by trained groomers following strict hygiene and safety standards.

The duration and final results of each treatment may vary depending on the pet’s coat condition, behavior, health, and size.

2. Prices & Payment

All service prices are available on SYNERYS.ch and inside the salon.

Prices may vary based on:

  • coat condition
  • matting
  • pet size
  • additional time required

Payment is required immediately after the appointment.

We accept card and contactless payments.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or directly in the salon.

Grooming requires specific information to ensure safety and proper care.

We may store:

  • Pet’s medical conditions relevant to grooming
  • Grooming history
  • Behavioral notes (aggressiveness, anxiety, special handling needs)
  • Allergies and product sensitivities

This information is used solely to provide safe, professional, and individualized services.

3.1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 100% service charge.

3.2. Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, modified, or rescheduled.

Additional fees may apply.

4. Pet Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any relevant health or behavioral issues, including:

  • skin conditions
  • allergies
  • heart problems
  • epilepsy
  • medications
  • parasites
  • anxiety or aggression

We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if:

  • the pet poses a risk to itself
  • the pet poses a threat to staff or other animals
  • the grooming would be unsafe or unethical

If parasites (e.g., fleas) are found, additional disinfection or treatment fees may apply.

5. Liability

We treat every animal with the highest level of care.

However, due to the nature of grooming, minor issues may occur, such as:

  • skin irritation
  • small nicks during severe mat removal
  • stress reactions
  • allergic responses to products

We are not responsible for complications caused by underlying health conditions, extreme matting, or behavioral issues.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the pet’s health and behavior.

6. Photos & Marketing

With your consent, we may take photos or videos of your pet for:

  • social media
  • website content
  • promotional materials

You may withdraw your consent at any time, and future media usage will be discontinued.

7. Boutique Products

We sell grooming products, accessories, and pet food.

Returns of unopened and unused products are accepted within 7 days with a receipt.

Due to hygiene regulations, pet food and opened products cannot be returned unless defective.

8. Salon Safety

Pets may wait in our secure holding areas or grooming boxes before or after the service.

We provide water, clean bedding, light, and a safe environment.

Clients agree to:

  • bring their pet on a leash or in a carrier
  • avoid bringing highly aggressive or uncontrollable pets without prior notice
  • respect salon rules for safety and hygiene

9. Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for personal items lost, damaged, or left behind in the salon.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used for any grooming service or retail product.

They are not redeemable for cash and are valid for 24 months from the purchase date.

11. Cancellations by SYNERYS

We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to:

  • staff illness
  • technical issues
  • emergencies
  • safety concerns

In such cases, no fees will be charged to the client.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy on SYNERYS.ch.

By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as required for providing our services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All services and agreements are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is Kilchberg ZH, Switzerland.
